A Magic Friday! BBL Story

Happy weekend everyone!

Today we started our Studio classes and it was Magic in every way!

BBL is a small business that started during lockdown and today marks a huge personal achievement.

After having my daughter back in March 2019 I discovered Barre. I needed to focus on me again and every time I was doing a Barre class I was in a very happy place! It helped me enormously to get stronger again both physically and mentally. I was hooked!

I decided to take my Barre Instructor training course and share the love of Barre, and I was very lucky to find Barreworks (now Barre Collective) on my door step! the original pioneers of Barre Fitness in the UK.

Obviously Covid had other plans so I had to take my final assessment on Zoom. I needed friends and family to help, I needed to teach and I also had to work out what Zoom was!

Our Barre community started with a Whatsapp group (we are still using it!) getting people together online from north to south and sometimes internationally and pulsing together through 8 more counts!

We then started Park Barre as a celebration of BBL running online classes for one year and the IRL experience was amazing! We have now found a new home in a great studio in St Margarets - Isleworth border and we also run online classes.

BBL will constantly adapt and evolve with our clients' needs hence our On Demand classes to add Barre into your life anytime anywhere. All recordings are available for 5 days to help you get the workout done. We also offer summer packages and any time we take a break from live classes you can access the On Demand during the break.
