BBL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Ballet Barre Laura – Laura Longato (“BBL”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including studio classes, private sessions, and access to the BBN Online Studio Library.
By booking or attending services, you accept these Terms.

1. Bookings & Payments
• All bookings and payments are processed via GymCouch and Stripe.
• GymCouch stores and protects your payment and personal information in compliance with GDPR. BBL is not responsible for GymCouch’s practices.
• Payments via other methods may be accepted only if discussed and agreed with BBL in advance.
2. Plans & Services
• Plans are for: Private sessions and Barre Where You Are (on demand library)
• Taster sessions must be booked and paid in advance.
• Livestream classes are no longer offered.
3. BBL Online Studio Library
• Participation is at your own risk in your own space.
• Not suitable during pregnancy; pregnant clients are advised to attend in-studio sessions and inform BBL prior to participation.
• BBL is not responsible for misuse or injury from online content.
4. Cancellations & Credits
• Class cancellations must be made via GymCouch at least 12 hours prior.
• Cancellations are subject to availability within the same block/course.
• Auto refund bundles cannot be carried over to future courses.
• Pay-as-you-go sessions do not guarantee a space or auto refund bundle.
5. Studio Cancellations
• If BBL cancels a class, we may:
• Reschedule on a different day, or
• Provide a cover teacher
• Monetary refunds will not be issued; class credits may be offered.
6. Client Cancellations
• Studio bookings cancelled by the client are non-refundable.
• We appreciate three weeks’ notice if you do not intend to continue, so priority spaces can be released.
• No-shows do not entitle refunds or credits.
7. Priority Booking
• Current clients receive priority booking before general public release.
• Priority bookings are subject to payment and confirmation.
• Priority bookings applies only to the current block of classes. If a client chooses not to renew their place for a block, they cannot carry priority booking over the following block. Priority may be available for other classes, subject to availability and confirmation.
8. Health, Safety & Liability
• Participation carries inherent risks.
• You confirm you are medically fit to participate.
• BBL accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage except where required by law.
9. Assumption of Risk & Waiver
• You voluntarily assume all risks.
• You waive any claims against BBL arising from participation, online content, or private sessions, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Changes & Legal
• BBL may update these Terms at any time; the latest version is on the website.
• These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
