Becoming a parent is a beautiful transition, but it can sometimes feel isolating and finding time to move again isn’t always easy. Barre With Your Baby gives you a gentle, uplifting way to reconnect with your body and bond with your little one.
This low-impact class is designed to support your postnatal physical and mental wellbeing, helping you:
• rebuild core and muscle strength
• improve posture and energy levels
• move safely with expert guidance
• meet other new parents in a warm, friendly community
Suitable for:
Parents with young babies (non-walkers).
Postnatal clients must have clearance from their GP or caregiver (6-week check after vaginal birth / 12-week check after C-section).

We don’t currently have this class on the timetable, but we are ready to open a new group as soon as enough parents register interest.
