I know motherhood can sometimes feel lonely and I’ve created this class to support new mama’s physical and mental health. 

 

If you are looking to restore muscle strength, raise your energy levels and join a lovely community Barre With Your Baby is the perfect Low Impact class for you and your little one. 

 

This class is suitable for parents with small children non walkers. 

Clients wishing to join or re-join after their pregnancy must have had their 6 week check (natural delivery) or 12 weeks check (c-section) by their GP or caregiver.

If you are a group of mums and would like to schedule your own private class, we'd love to accommodate you! Reach out to us to reserve a time that works best for your group.
